Paleo Salmon Burgers

Adding breadcrumbs or flour of any kind in order to 'bind' a burger is SO unnecessary.


I made some lovely salmon burgers last night for dinner and they were not only fresh and light, they were not the least bit dry.


Combine about 1 pound of chopped, fresh, wild salmon with some chopped parsley, minced onion and garlic, lemon juice and a dollop of homemade Paleo mayo.


Combine well with your hands and shape into patties, then place on a parchment lined baking dish.


Cook at 425 for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, and checking to be sure that interval temp = 160F (unless you bought sashimi grade!).
