Elect Yourself Healthy-Office Snack Employee

Having a constant supply of fresh fruit on your desk will not only make it easier for you to avoid who-knows-what else as a food choice for snacking at the office, it will also be quite welcomed by co-workers who are similarly trying to avoid holiday weight gain.

Alternate with bowls of crisp red & green apples, citrus fruits, pears, persimmons & raw walnuts, to name a few!

Make a pomander by sticking whole cloves into one orange in the bowl to give a seasonal scent, too! Or a cinnamon stck placed amongst the apples…

You get the idea- keep it creative AND healthy!
