Today’s Healthy Holiday Tip
If you are making a dessert, try to make it Paleo friendly by using alternative ingredients.
Just yesterday, I made truffles to bring to a holiday party using coconut oil & coconut butter in lieu of dairy (butter) and no one knew the difference! Raw cacao powder worked in place of a soy-emulsified chocolate bar, and almond butter rounded it out with a hint of savory.
Just one is all you need; and you'll stay Paleo!
