Even though it’s past mid-January, I realized I’d not shared one of my New Year’s Goals with you: I’m writing a book!
Since many clients (and friends and fam, actually) often ask similar questions about nutrition and exercise, I thought it would be fitting to put it all together in the form of a simple, easy to follow book! It will be a comprehensive, yet straight forward manual of how to integrate healthy eating and fitness into a busy schedule, whatever the reader’s limitations may be.
Since it will be my first publication, it’s all new to me and as such, I don’t have a sense of when it will be available for sale. I can, however, say that I’ve made the commitment to execute this goal, so when it’s finished, I’ll be blogging all about it!
If anyone has any sections they’d like to see in the book- feel free to suggest away as well!
