Another Great PALEO Way to Enjoy Yams! With COCONUT!

Wash and cut yams into even sized cubes.  Toss with coconut oil (I used about 2 Tablespoons for 2# of yams).  Add some freshly ground pepper and some sea salt- perfect for athletes!



Cook or roughly an hour, turning every so often, at 400 F.  Serve with your favourite veggies and protein and you'll have a great workout the next day!
