Lovely Rapini

Have you tried it?  It's a cousin of broccoli (aka broccoli rabe) and it's delightfully bitter and devine!  

This cancer-fighter is LOADED with Vitamins C, A (which also are powerful antioxidants), Folate, Potassium, Fibre and Calcium.

Try it steamed, sauteed in garlic & oil, braised underneath a nice piece of fresh salmon, or mixed in with some grilled chicken or steak with some flax meal on top.

It's one of those amazingly delicious veggies that I absolutely crave and enjoy to the nth degree!
