As summertime approaches, I begin to think 'tropical' and thus, enter the Mango!
High in Vitamin C & A, this tasty fruit is great as:
-Part of a starter to a light, summer meal (slice the mango, squeeze some lime, add a dash of chili powder and add serve)
-On top of a freshly mixed green salad
-Whizzed in the blender with some egg white protein powder plain coconut water (try Vida Coco!) and some coconut oil
-Tossed with some fresh berries as a dessert
