Nip (Don’t Bite!:) That Craving in the Bud!

The next time you're tempted to have 'just a bite' of those leftover Christmas Cookies or Grandma's Christmas Pudding late at night (why you still have those in the house is a whole other topic!), or any time, for that matter, STOP IT!

First, think about whether you really are hungry or possibly just bored or stressed!  Take a breather and re-evaluate.  If you are really hungry, reach for something savory (lean protein & healthy fat) instead!  Sliced turkey and a handful of raw walnuts or a hard boiled egg with some olive oil on top are perfect options.

You'll stop the insulin response right away and get your metabolism right back on track!
