Simple Does Always Does The Trick
Here is yet another example of a breakfast I ate the day after the race, when I did not have a workout planned til later in the day (and it was nothing more than a VERY easy, 2k swim, done straight away after I got back home from Vegas!).
Talk about easy! Leftover grilled salmon, rapini with roasted garlic, blueberries and a dash of olive oil.
Don't forget: there is no such thing as 'breakfast food'. Your body doesn't care what time of day you serve it green veg! There are only two options: FOOD (PALEO) or NOT FOOD (and junk with dairy, grains or legumes.)
