Tea In My Water – Both During Training & At Rest
What a great idea! As long as I can remember, I've literally gone everywhere with my water bottle attached at the hip. Being a huge green tea, and herbal tea fan, I'll often mix some into my water bottle to sip throughout the day.
Today, I did the same thing on my bike ride. I had a hilly, 5-hr, century training ride planned and having some ginger herbal tea in the mix with all of my carbohydrate gels was such a nice, delicate refresher!
